How do I check the status of my order?

Users have 2 options for viewing the status of their order(s), both require that you be logged-in to your GivingMail account:

1. 1. Navigate to My Account drop-down list and select View Orders. Once the orders page has loaded, select the order in question. In the lower half of the order details there is a field called Status. This will reflect the most recent status of your order.
   2. Alternatively, you can navigate to the My Account drop-down list and select Overview to show your account dashboard. This dashboard with show an order status, but not a specific order. If you have any recent orders, you can filter the dashboard to just show a recent order.
