Your data is the most important part to any direct mail campaign followed by the letter copy your recipients will read. Below are a few steps to help ensure the best data setup:
- Use row 1 for your field headers, i.e. First, Last, Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip, etc.
- Your field headers should include a minimum of the below:
- First
- Last
- Address1
- Address2
- City
- State
- Zip
- Our data setup allows for additional customization of your data by utilizing the below listed fields within your data
- ASK1
- ASK2
- ASK3
- Scanline
- If you have additional customization fields you would like to add beyond those listed thus far, you can utilize our flex fields, i.e. Flex1, Flex2, Flex3, Flex4
These flex fields can contain any data type you wish to allow you to incorporate it into the personalization of your letters
Data Formats
Our system accepts both MS Excel and CSV file formats, but we recommend CSV file formats.
