Upload a List
- Select your File Type from the drop-down list of options: CSV, MS Excel
- Choose how you want to use your list:
- New List – saves as a completely new list
- Append to Existing List – allows you to add recipients to an existing list
- Merge list with an Existing List and Save as New List – does the same as option b, but you are then able to save it out as a new list rather than overwriting an existing list
- If using options 2A or 2C, you will need to give your NEW list a name.
Note: the following characters are not allowed for List Name: \ / : * ? " < > | - Enter a list description (Optional)
- Set an expiration data for your data list – some users want to ensure they do not reuse their lists after 30, 60, or 90 days to ensure they capture new data and upload a new list
- Press continue once all relevant steps have been completed
