The Match List process matches your data fields with our systems equivalent to your field. It ensures that you can personalize your direct mail campaign to meet the needs of your organization.
Some fields will match automatically, and others will require mapping. To map a field follow the below instructions:
- Navigate to a field that needs mapping
- Use the drop-down list to select a matching field
- Repeat steps 1 & 2 until all the fields you want to use have been matched
- Once complete press the Match List button.
Note: Match as many fields as possible. It is okay for some of the fields to be left unmatched, such as ASK1, ASK2, ASK3, FLEX1, FLEX2, FLEX3, etc
The ASK1, ASK2, and ASK3 fields allow your organization to input a personalized giving array to your recipient.
The FLEX1, FLEX2, FLEX3, and FLEX4 fields can be utilized for any additional data fields you would like to use within your direct mail campaign. All they need to be is mapped to the associated field. This additional field may be a last gift amount, last gift date, year to date donations, a specific salutation, the possibilities are endless.
